Perfect cleanliness and an helpful staff! A cold drink stocked in the freezer upon our early arrival was a good touch!
The room did feel somewhat cramped, lacking a spacious atmosphere. No breakfast service available, a bit of a letdown!

Had a very lovely time. Everything was really good during 8 days, truly enjoyed its incredible location so close to great sites like Piazza Navona and Fontana De Trevi, historic centre and which is five minutes away across the Tiber. All the employees were superbly friendly and accommodating. The hotel was perfectly located right next to everything.

Our group had a blast here! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Vatican and lovely streets. The staff was super friendly, giving us helpful tips for exploring. Clean rooms and cozy atmosphere. Definitely recommend it for future trips!
One downside was the stairs. It gets a bit tricky if you're on the higher floors with heavy luggage.

The Inn is in a great location for exploring Rome. It is walking distance to the Vatican city, Piazza Navona, the Spanish Steps, etc. and is in a good location for shopping and eating out.
There was an additional tax added onto the bill at check-out. It had to be paid separately in cash. As I didn't know about this beforehand, this made me uncomfortable at the last minute. The Inn is also up a flight of steps, and there is no lift. This can be a struggle with luggage.

The staff at the Condotti Inn are wonderful - they are so helpful and friendly. Perfect English-speakers, delivered breakfast to our room every morning (no extra charge) and arranged taxis for us on the day of our departure. They are not there in the evenings but we left a note at the desk with a request regarding our breakfast one evening and they did everything we asked! The Inn is in a gorgeous cobbled side street which has scented jasmine growing on the walls on both sides.... The building is a very old building with ancient marble stairs leading not only to the Inn but to some private apartments - it gives a wonderfully homely feel and is so so authentically Italian! The only issue we had was that the room (No. 3), while spotlessly clean and well-equipped, was very tight. Both of us badly stubbed our toe on the leg of one of the beds! Also the safe is not bolted down and is not heavy, so can be stolen in its entirety! Having said that, we had no issues with security. Beds lovely and comfortable and air con very efficient. I would recommend this Inn, but not if you are looking for luxury or lots of facilities - there is no bar or restaurant, but there is (intermittent) wifi. The location couldn't be better!

The staff was very helpful, always friendly and smiling.Once we needed to get some change to use the parking meter. They went to a bar downstairs and got the change. The breakfast was always big and served directly in the room.
Very noisy from the early morning due to the deliveries to the restaurants located downstairs.

The only positive attribute of the "hotel" is a perfect location.
It is not a hotel. It is just a home suite of five, tiny rooms. Just a bed & breakfast. The breakfast is served to the room, because, there is no sixth room for eating. The rooms are extremely acoustic, so be aware you can hear neighbours and they hear you. There is only illusion of the wifi.

We really enjoyed our stay here, especially the charming little patio that was perfect for morning coffee and the cozy lounge area where we relaxed after a full day exploring. There were some great spots to unwind, like the open-air terrace and the inviting reading nook. The only downside was the lighting in the room, which could be a tad dim, but overall, it was a lovely experience! 🌞
