The Inn is in a great location for exploring Rome. It is walking distance to the Vatican city, Piazza Navona, the Spanish Steps, etc. and is in a good location for shopping and eating out.
There was an additional tax added onto the bill at check-out. It had to be paid separately in cash. As I didn't know about this beforehand, this made me uncomfortable at the last minute. The Inn is also up a flight of steps, and there is no lift. This can be a struggle with luggage.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Rome! the location couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of the city, I was able to explore all the famous sights within walking distance. The hotel itself was modernly equipped and charming, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even providing a phone for emergency calls. I loved the attention to detail, with a little area where I could prepare tea or coffee in the room. The breakfast was also satisfying, ensuring I started my day off right.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful.

The staff was very helpful, always friendly and smiling.Once we needed to get some change to use the parking meter. They went to a bar downstairs and got the change. The breakfast was always big and served directly in the room.
Very noisy from the early morning due to the deliveries to the restaurants located downstairs.

The staff at the Condotti Inn are wonderful - they are so helpful and friendly. Perfect English-speakers, delivered breakfast to our room every morning (no extra charge) and arranged taxis for us on the day of our departure. They are not there in the evenings but we left a note at the desk with a request regarding our breakfast one evening and they did everything we asked! The Inn is in a gorgeous cobbled side street which has scented jasmine growing on the walls on both sides.... The building is a very old building with ancient marble stairs leading not only to the Inn but to some private apartments - it gives a wonderfully homely feel and is so so authentically Italian! The only issue we had was that the room (No. 3), while spotlessly clean and well-equipped, was very tight. Both of us badly stubbed our toe on the leg of one of the beds! Also the safe is not bolted down and is not heavy, so can be stolen in its entirety! Having said that, we had no issues with security. Beds lovely and comfortable and air con very efficient. I would recommend this Inn, but not if you are looking for luxury or lots of facilities - there is no bar or restaurant, but there is (intermittent) wifi. The location couldn't be better!

We loved the central location of this hotel, making it easy to walk to all the major attractions of this city. Plus, there were many restaurants and shops nearby, offering a great variety of options. The staff was amazing and very helpful, giving us recommendations on where to eat and what to see. The breakfast was also very nice and offered a solid start to our day.
Can’t fault the accommodation in any way.

Location
Breakfast, this was the worst feature,no healthy food apart from yougart was served, all we got was sweet cakes and biscuits, with some buns. No fresh rolls, no butter until the last day. My friend is diabetic so could only eat the yougart.

The only positive attribute of the "hotel" is a perfect location.
It is not a hotel. It is just a home suite of five, tiny rooms. Just a bed & breakfast. The breakfast is served to the room, because, there is no sixth room for eating. The rooms are extremely acoustic, so be aware you can hear neighbours and they hear you. There is only illusion of the wifi.

Rooms are clean and the staff pretty helpful. Excellent location and free wi-fi. Well decorated rooms and brand new bathrooms. Near Piazza Navona, Vatican City, Spanish Steps, Coliseum, Piazza dei Popolo, Via del Corso, Via Condotti, Villa Borghese etc. Practically, it is near everything. Perfect!
Rooms are somewhat small and a bit noisy. Other than that, Condotti Inn is possibly the best deal I have ever made.

The Magenta Collection Cancello Rome exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel's attention to detail was impeccable, from the immaculate rooms to the outstanding staff. Just like Maria, who went above and beyond to make our stay special, the entire team was warm and welcoming. They even arranged a taxi for us, making our transportation hassle-free. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city, allowing us to easily explore all the major attractions on foot. And breakfast was a great way to start the day, with a delicious spread of options to choose from. We were truly impressed by the value for money and the level of service provided by this hotel.
We couldn't find anything that needed improvement, everything was absolutely fine.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city, which made it easy to walk to all the main attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean, with nice décor that made us feel at home. The breakfast included fresh bread and pastries, which we enjoyed every morning. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea in the room.
The hotel was a little difficult to find and we had to ask for directions a few times. The walls were a bit thin, so we could sometimes hear noise from the other rooms. However, this is common in smaller city center hotels, so it wasn’t a big issue for us.
